As a Property Manager, you can download a PDF of the work order history from the work order page in Latchel. The PDF will include all notes, actions taken, status changes, and sent emails.<\/p>\n

Pro Tip:<\/strong> If you are not using an integration, we recommend exporting the work order history and uploading the PDF file to the corresponding work order in your Property Management system. This will help you keep a log of everything we did in Latchel, in your management system!<\/p><\/span><\/div><\/div>\n

      Step 1. <\/strong>Open the Work Order from the Maintenance tab and scroll down to the activity bar on the Work Order page.<\/p>\n

      Step 2. <\/strong>Click the icon that looks like an arrow pointing down to open the PDF file.<\/p>\n

      Step 3. <\/strong>Once the PDF file preview opens and as you move your\u00a0mouse cursor over the document, a toolbar\u00a0should appear. The toolbar is often located at the upper-right or lower-right of the page.<\/p>\n

      Step 4.<\/strong> Once you’ve located the toolbar, click<\/b> the icon that looks like an arrow pointing down to save the PDF file.<\/p>\n

      Step 5.<\/strong> A pop-up window should appear, prompting you to specify the location where you’d like to save the file. If you’d like, you can rename the file at this point. If not, skip this step.<\/p>\n

      Step 6.<\/strong> Click Save<\/b>\u00a0or\u00a0OK<\/b> to save the PDF file to your computer.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
